Refund policy

Free trial

You can try Ad Intel free before you pay. We take no payment during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. There is no cancellation fee. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are not happy, ask us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Monthly plans: after the first payment, we do not refund part-used months.
• Annual plans: ask within 14 days of the payment, or of a renewal, and we will refund it in full. After that we do not refund the unused part of the year.
• Our mistakes: if we charge you the wrong amount or twice, or the service was unavailable for a long period, we will put it right and refund what you were wrongly charged.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for your business, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of signing up. Our 14-day full refund gives you at least that, and we will not deduct anything for the time you used the service.

Ad spend and other providers

Money you spend on advertising with Meta, Google or any other platform is paid to them, not to us. We cannot refund it. We refund only what you paid us for Ad Intel.

How to ask

Use our contact form and tell us your organisation name. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment card through Stripe and normally reach your account within 5 to 10 working days. We show the amount in the currency you paid in.

Affiliate commission

If a payment is refunded, any referral commission on it is cancelled, as set out in the referral programme terms.
