The basics
What is Ad Intel?
Ad Intel is advertising intelligence for businesses of any size, and the agencies that serve them. It brings your ad data into one place, checks it for problems, explains what changed and why, and says what to do next in plain English.
Who is it for?
Business owners and marketers who run their own ads, and agencies who look after several clients. You do not need to be a data analyst.
Which ad platforms does it work with?
You can upload exports from Google Ads, Meta and other platforms today. Direct connections to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising are built and go live as each platform approves our app, so imports are how data gets in for now.
Can it show what happens on my website?
Yes. From the Starter plan you can connect Google Analytics 4 (read-only) to see visits, engagement and results next to your ad results, and get warned when clicks and visits disagree a lot.
Does it change my ads without asking?
No. Ad Intel suggests and you decide. Changes to your ad accounts need a person to approve them, with safety checks and an undo. Agencies can switch on limited automatic changes within limits they set; this is off by default.
Can it help with ad copy and tracking?
Yes. Ad Intel shows which creative works, drafts ad copy and checks it against advertising rules, checks your landing pages, builds tracking links and QR codes, and ties leads and revenue back to the ads that brought them in.
Can it help me plan and track my budget?
Yes. Budget pacing shows spend so far this month and a forecast of where it will finish. A budget optimiser estimates where extra money would work hardest, or how to move budget between campaigns for more results at the same total. It only suggests: you make the change yourself.
Can it work out my profit from advertising?
Yes, if you give it your sales or lead data. It can show cost to win a customer, profit after advertising, break-even return and lifetime value against cost. A figure it cannot work out tells you what is missing instead of showing zero.
Can I check my data before I sign up?
Yes. The free ad account check on this site takes a CSV or Excel export, runs the data quality checks and shows a short summary, with no account and no email address needed. The summary is kept for 24 hours and then deleted.
Can it tell me why my results changed?
Yes. "What changed, and why" splits a movement in cost or results into the factors behind it, such as more clicks, better conversion or pricier clicks. A funnel view shows where people drop off between seeing an ad and becoming a customer, and unusual days are flagged as they happen.
Can I compare platforms, ads or search terms?
Yes. The all-platforms screen puts Google, Meta, TikTok and the rest side by side, using each platform's own results or your own leads and sales, never mixed in one row. Experiments compare two campaigns, ad sets or ads, and on Google Ads wasted search terms become a list of negative keywords for you to add yourself.
Can I connect it to my own tools?
Yes. There is an API with webhooks, CRM and revenue connectors, and support for AI assistants that use MCP. Access follows your permissions, and an AI assistant cannot change anything without your approval.

Getting started
How do I get my data in?
Export a report from your ad platform and upload it. Ad Intel matches the columns for you, remembers the matching for next time, and explains anything that looks wrong before it can mislead you.
How long does it take to set up?
Most people start by uploading one export, then setting their goals. Dashboards and recommendations are built from your data as soon as it is in.
What if I upload the wrong file?
The upload step shows a sample file and the columns you need. Any problem rows are listed with what was expected and what was found, and a whole import can be undone afterwards, so nothing is stuck in your reports.
What do the data quality checks do?
They look for duplicates, gaps, mixed currencies and impossible figures, and give your data a quality score before it reaches a report.
Using it
What will I see on the dashboard?
Spend, results, cost per result and return, compared with the previous period, from the whole account down to a single ad, measured against your own goals.
What are recommendations?
Each recommendation says what to change, why, the evidence and how sure Ad Intel is. You can approve, dismiss or snooze it, and Ad Intel checks afterwards whether it helped.
Can I compare my results with others in my industry?
Yes, roughly. When you choose your type of business, Ad Intel shows indicative UK small-business guides for click-through rate, cost per click, cost per lead and click-to-lead rate on Google and Meta, and the funnel view uses them to point out the weakest step. They are rough guides, not measured market data, so treat them as a sense check rather than a target.
Will it warn me about problems?
Yes. Unusual changes in spend, clicks or conversions are picked up as they happen, you can set your own alert rules, and a Monday email compares last week with the week before. Alerts arrive in the app, by email, or in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and quiet hours keep them calm.
Does the weather affect my ads, and does Ad Intel use it?
For some businesses it matters a great deal. Boiler repair jumps in a cold snap, roofing and gutter cleaning follow a storm, and garden, outdoor, takeaway and event businesses rise and fall with the weather. Without the weather, a quiet week can look like a failing campaign and a busy one like a clever one, and you might pause a good ad or put money behind a lucky week. Ad Intel marks days of heavy rain (10 mm or more in a day), hot spells, hard frosts and gales on your trend charts, using the weather at the base address of your business. A seasonality page shows how results differ after heavy rain compared with other days, and says so when there is too little data to tell. It shows a pattern, not proof of what caused it.
Is there a referral programme?
Yes. Join from the Refer and earn page in the app and share your personal link. When a business signs up through it and pays, you earn 20% of what they pay, excluding VAT, on their first 6 paid invoices. Commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds, then paid by bank transfer. The link is remembered for 60 days if the visitor accepts cookies. Refunded or disputed payments earn nothing, and you cannot refer yourself. Read the referral programme terms for the full rules.
Can I get reports for my team or clients?
Yes. There are report templates and a report builder, schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) emailed to your team and clients, and private share links that can expire, be password protected and be switched off.
Can agencies record their fees and report on many clients at once?
Yes. Management fees and other costs can be recorded so reports show the full cost of advertising, and one report can be scheduled for many clients in one go. There is also an approvals inbox with reminders and a lead and support account manager for each client.
Can I work with a team or with clients?
Yes. You can create separate workspaces for each business or client, give people roles, and keep organisations strictly separate. Agencies also get a client portal (where you choose which custom dashboards each client can see), approval steps, fees and bulk reports, and white label branding with their own logo and custom domain.
AI, privacy and security
How does the AI work?
Where Ad Intel uses AI, it is given aggregated business and performance facts, not personal data. What it writes is checked against your figures and anything unsupported is removed. The AI can read your figures but never changes them.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Organisations are strictly separated from each other. Ad Intel also offers two-factor sign-in and a tamper-evident audit trail. See the Privacy page for how personal data is handled.
Can I ask what data you hold about me, or ask you to delete it?
Yes. Anyone can make a data request on this site, with or without an account. If we hold nothing about you we say so. Customers can also download their data, request deletion of their account, and find and delete one person's records inside Ad Intel.
How can I tell if Ad Intel is running normally?
There is a public status page that shows whether the service is up, and you do not need to sign in to see it.
Who is behind Ad Intel?
Ad Intel is a trading name of Cyber Investments Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17510180, ICO registration ZC270114, based in Seaford, East Sussex, United Kingdom.
